Healing

It's been ten days since my jaw surgery. My mouth is still all jacked-up, and I'm still high on pain pills, but all-in-all it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. It's helped greatly that I'm a quick healer, even the doctors seem impressed

I'm so happy it turned out better than expected. :) Is your jaw wired shut?

Thanks! They used rubber bands instead of wire, thank the Lord. Wire isn't used as often anymore because it's a possible safety risk.

I'm glad you are doing better. having time off is always nice but not necessarily for recovery. It sounds like you recovered fast so that is wonderful.
I go in for my procedure tomorrow and am looking forward to watching tv and reading for a few days.
