Well, I like "Spinal Tap" whenever I'm feeling low. First and second season of "West Wing" are fun. "Diner" is an old standby.

If crude humor is your thing, then "The 40 year old virgin" is hilarious.

If witty, subversive humor is, and you're willing to head out in public, "The Matador" was pretty funny.

For classic humor, I'd go with "Airplane!" or "Raising Arizona." Either one of them is pretty darn funny.

Get well soon!

Two years ago I had the same type of thing, cold after cold after sinus infection after flu for about eight months. It's depressing, but you'll survive.

To help ease your pain:

Planes Trains and Automobiles (Steve Martin, John Candy)
The Producers (the original: Zero Mostel, Gene Wilder)
High Anxiety (Mel Brooks)
Being There (Peter Sellers)
When Harry Met Sally (Billy Crystal, Meg Ryan)
Naked Gun & Naked Gun 33 3/4 [skip the second, it sucks] (Leslie Nielson)
The Gods Must Be Crazy
True Lies (Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Lee Curtis)

That's a good mix. Don't for get the hot chocolate!
