Its Been a Bad Day--Please Don't Take a picture
Yesterday was a bad day. I usually try not to write about these kind of days because they are not about crying or grief, just despair and darkness. But even when I am in the pits and don't want to get out, the next day comes and I get up and keep moving. May not be such a productive day, but I'm still here.

I just found your name on my friends list, and wondered.... I have not been on lj lately. My heart goes out to you for this life transforming process called grief you are riding the rollercoaster in... been there way too much myself. I also belong to an online support group at griefnet.com. they even have support groups for loss of children. The friends I found there really helped me pull through the wild storms and back into days of sunshine again, out of the abyss and back up riding the wave of life.
so, are you a friend of a friend, or how did you come to my journal?
