Dunno 'bout ways to deal with 'em, but I guess I've got a story you might like if you're interested.

No problem!

Uh, mind if I switch this to video for that? Would be easier than typing it all up.

I wear myself out- take myself outside of camp and spar with one of my pokemon or with the air until I get tired.

The one I spar with the most is made out of sharp metal, and I'm armed with a stick, not even a real blade. It's a lot more 'trying not to get hit', especially since they're all stronger than when I got them to start. Brenda actually has to hold back to keep from hurting me, and not just by a little bit.

What kind of fighting style do you use? Are you a sword fighter back home?

Gemini. If you are in possession of a Pokemon that possesses a attack capable of putting enemies to sleep, I would advise you to have them use it upon you. That should prove to be a efficient method of returning to sleep.

Oh! Thanks for the advice, Kosy! I'm not sure if any of my gang can use a move like that, though.

That is unfortunate, as it was the most efficient method I could suggest. All other options involve leaving to purchase medicine or a beverage.

Huh... A sweet soda would be nice! Maybe going on a walk would do it!

I'll usually do something to distract myself until I fall asleep again.

Like playing crossword puzzles or something deep like that?

Exactly like that. I'll read a book or something similar, usually. But crosswords are also good.

You could take a medication. Or, if you trust a ghost or psychic pokemon enough, you could allow them to use "Hypnosis" on you.

Usin' medication... Just doesn't sound all that natural to me. And I don't have any psychic or ghost types in my group.

I haven't slept in four nights. I'm probably not the best to be giving this advice, frankly.
