Arthur Pendragon: A whiny, pompous little brat that Scar doesn't particularly care for, to put it mildly. His taking up leadership of the Patrol when Priscilla was killed has lessened Scar's disdain somewhat, but not changed his overall opinion of the prince much.
Byakuya Kuchiki: A man whom he both respects and hates. He respects Byakuya's organization and efficiency, and thinks he's got his priorities straight, but loathes the self-important and arrogant attitude with which he speaks to others.
Edward Elric:
Elena: A girl who once offered her services as an arena manager and then forgot about him. He doesn't really resent her for it, but doesn't have any real need to work with her now anyway, as he has regular food and a permanent shelter now.
Genesis Rhapsodos: From the few times they've spoken, Scar gathers they have a few personal demons in common, including a personal tirade of vengeance.
Karako "Game Fowl" Koshio: They've only spoken once, but he's rather impressed that a young girl like her could defeat Senji.
Maurice "Bosco" Boscorelli: A police officer he ran into one day. The guy knows just how to piss him off. Safe to say he doesn't like him much.
Mei Chan: A little girl who apparently knew another version of him in Amestris. He doesn't remember her at all, but concludes she was close to this other Scar from how she speaks to him what she knows about him. Despite knowing little about her, he feels somewhat responsible for her safety and is glad she is staying with him and Spirit now.
Mail "Matt" Jeevas The person who explained to him what the Forge was for when he first arrived. Scar finds him amusing and intelligent, so since then, he's continued speaking with him. They finally know each other's names now, though, which is progress?

Reno: Doesn't trust him. Anyone who was on decent terms with Kimbley is not all right in his book. The fact that he is friends with Zack helps him temper his dislike, however. He tends to avoid Reno for the most part, if he can. He didn't really care when Reno disappeared, but did help Zack search for him.
Riku: A friend of Spirit's. He was on a hunting trip with himself, Spirit, and Yu Kanda. They also spoke over the Forge when the mist came into the city the last time. He has since disappeared.
Rorschach: A guy he spoke with briefly when the man arrived. Seems to be even less talkative than him. Doesn't really have an opinion on this man either way.
Sakura Haruno: He first spoke to Sakura not long after his arrival in Anatole, after his first venture into the mist. He still had his wounds from his own world and had been further wounded by the monsters in the mist, and she offered her help. Initially he refused, but some weeks later, Scar collapsed in Dismas from those wounds, and Sakura healed them while he was unconscious. Her skills have won Scar's respect, and since then, she's assisted him (and more recently, Mei) several times. Scar feels deeply indebted to her and is looking for a way to repay her for all her help.
Senji "Crow" Kiyomasa: Senji is just about the only one in Anatole he can have a normal conversation with. It's a rather strange sort of relationship, as they're almost like friends, but he has no emotional connection to him whatsoever. Senji is thus far unique in being the only one that hasn't pissed him off or tried to be nice to him. They've sparred a few times and been matched up a few times in the arena, and Scar has as of yet never won a fight against him. He respects Senji's skills but is somewhat unnerved by his sheer battle-lust, which reminds him a bit of Kimbley.
