okay, a wand, ie a stick of wood used to focus energy by various occulty people. ive been making them lately. a lot of people carve runes or words into them. for a technomage, a power word that is carved upon a section by carving deep grooves, making a series of grooves and raised rings, representing 0's and 1's, spelling out the binary equivilant of the word. hmm... silicon core would be good too. harder to carve out, but ive got the tools to do it. i normally work with wood though.
