However the third paragraph hit home and while I don't know you I feel in some distant way I can relate.
Whenever I feel similar to these feelings you describe I look to my heroes. Personally Frederick II of Prussia embodies my 18th century image of a Superior. He was surrounded on all sides by French, Russian and Austrian armies, each one much larger than his own (by now war ravaged) country. Yet he still one, though vastly outnumbered.
The small can and will overcome the great. When your back is to the wall you may just find you best virtues. Anyhow seeing as I'm pretty much a stranger I'm way out of line trying to make you feel better, and since most people find me a bit odd this may well come off as annoying. If that's the case I apologize, and please delete this.
