Very, very nice. This is the first WOWP fic that I've followed through with from the beginning while still in progress, and it's really worth every word. I have only one question; am I wrong, or did you decide to bring Zeke in far earlier than he was in canon?

Can't wait to hear what Riley said to Alex when they broke up, especially after Dean's comment when he first met Justin - and I wonder if either Max, Professor Crums or Dr. Evilini will figure things out. If Evilini does, I wonder if she'll try to use it to et Justin's powers all the more easily?

Haha, you know, it's entirely possible that I brought Zeke in earlier than he introduced as Justin's friend. Before that, even if he appeared, he didn't really know Justin. And his name was Zach, so, lol. I don't know. I just like Zeke, so I wanted him to be Justin's friend, possibly earlier than he was in canon. XD

I don't know if I'll ever reveal exactly what Riley said to Alex, but maybe, toward the end. Haha, I had never considered Dr. Evilini figuring things out and trying to use it against Justin. XD But you never know, Max or Crumbs will probably know something is up. Maybe even Jerry and Theresa. I haven't considered exactly who will know by the end. We'll see when I write the last chapter/epilogue.

Hey! Haven't been around lately, but I'm super-glad I did now. Reread the entire story before I read the new chapter, and your little mentions of cannon are making me want to marathon WWP, as well. Thanks for rekindling the Jalex embers in me. ^-^

Haha, I'm glad you came around, too! :D Man, I always end up wanting to re-watch the good seasons every time I start writing this fic. I might end up doing it, anyway, lol. You know, Jalex is one of the few pairings that I still get warm fuzzy feelings over, no matter how long its been. The fact that it's incest, well, idek. Orz. Oh well

Well, there's no David Henrie in the 'movie' (yeah, it's basically one of their Epics in style), so if you go into it with that expectation it's good. Personally, I have some head canon about that that I'll share with you after you've watched it, which makes it a tiny bit better in a Jalex context. But yeah, I went into it for the Alex/Alex content, so if you'd rather avoid it...

You know what, I really liked Alex vs Alex, which was pleasantly surprising. More Selena Gomez is always a good thing, imo, lol. And I liked Dominic, he made me laugh. I would love to hear your head canon, though! I still found it interesting (and odd) that they would let a mortal (and a teenager) run Wiz Tech, but whatever. And what the hell were the Crystals of Justice, or whatever? XD I swear, the Wizards writers just make things up as they go. I'm kind of glad they can't mess with the series anymore, haha.

Gah, it's been so long since the finale I totally forgot Justin was a full mortal... I mean, I knew Alex won the Family Wizard title, but I guess I've read to many fic and somehow thought she shared some of the magic with him. Ah well, I like my head canon better. ^-^

Anyway, back to Alex vs Alex - When I was watching it, and the scene comes where Dominic shows up and says Justin couldn't make it, I knew something was up. So in my head, something bad happened to him to keep him from coming back to the mortal world, and it was only confirmed when Dom ended up the bad guy. So I feel completely validated in thinking that, after the events of the movie, that after a few days the family notices that Justin still hasn't come back/contacted them again and Alex goes to check it out. Cue rescue scenario and the 'Yay! We're both free/alive' sex hug.

I was seriously expecting Alex to share some of her power, if that would be possible in the Wizards canon. I mean, after everything that happened between them, you'd think there would have been a better ending for her and Justin. But I guess by then the writers were really pushing Mason and Juliet, which was just annoying. I like my head canon way better, too.

Lol! I love your head canon for Alex vs Alex! That sounds totally plausible to me. But you know what I really want to know? It's like a burning question in my mind, for some reason. Are Justin and Alex (and Harper) in college? Like, what are they doing with their lives. Yes, yes, Justin is running Wiz Tech, for some damn reason, despite being under-qualified. And mortal. And Alex is the family wizard who gets to do...what? At least Max is inheriting the Sub Station, so he's got that going for him. And apparently Harper and Zeke aren't together anymore? That saddens me because they were terribly cute together.

Gah, I just have so many thoughts and feelings for this series still

Hmm, okay, I've definitely got to watch the show again now. But just to put something out there for now, based on my fuzzy memories, I'd say that the end of the series and Alex vs Alex are set in the summer after Justin's graduation. If Alex passed her classes, she and Harper would be Seniors next year. And Max would be a Sophomore. ... But I have no idea why Theresa and Jerry would have allowed Alex and Harper to move out to their own apartment if they weren't 18, if this were the case, so I'm kinda stumped until I do a complete rewatch.

As for Harper and Zeke, I just think that since he wasn't onscreen, they didn't mention him. Why do you think they're not together anymore?

Okay, just by looking at the episode descriptions, I now know that Alex and Harper did graduate at the end of season 4. So Justin graduated in season 3, they graduated in season 4, but I still think that Alex vs Alex is set during the summer because that's the best time for family reunions.
