SANCTUARIES
The Sanctuary Network is a global network currently comprised of (at least) seventeen Sanctuary's, which are located in: Canada (Old City)

LANGUAGES
Whilst much of this is unclear/unstated it can be assumed that due to Helen's work with the Sanctuary Network, her travelling and lifetimes that she is fluent (or rather passable) in many languages - especially European ones. Due to the large Sanctuary Network it is also probable that she speaks the language (passable/fluently) of each country.
