- - Helen was given a kitten from Liquid Snake after looking after and helping his cat Napalm during the birth of her kittens. She named it Ashley, after her daughter
- After dying, leaving and returning to Siren's Port Helen believed that she had been placed in another 'dream state' (as after leaving Siren's Port her memories felt much like a dream). Francis Bonnefoy was the first person that she met upon her return and her friendship with him, as well as simply talking with him grounded her, making her memories seem real again (as the place was) and helped her to realise that she was actually there
- Every Sunday morning Helen meets Francis for tea at Taylor's Coffee House, the place that they went to when she returned to the Port. Every Wednesday they have dinner at his before watching a movie
- - After the snow globes appeared in the Port it made Helen feel a (little more) sentimental. Due to having nothing of home Helen bought a small book, one that after being unable to work (and being snowed in) became a sketchbook, one that is kept private. Her sketches are all things from home (so far a start to the exterior of the Old City Sanctuary and her father)
