It's not a hoax!  A letter came today confirming to my father that I had indeed won the 2004 Global TV Network Scholarship Award for a Canadian Visible Minority Student and that the phone call that I got last week was not an elaborate hoax created by one of my friends.  He kept asking whether the letter had come from Global yet all week.  As if

To answer your question: no, I don't have to now become a soccer mom because, since I drive my sisters to all their basketball games, I already am one.
