Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is probably my favorite movie ever at this point. I know, I know, go figure.

The casting is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely wonderful down to the last character.
What a stunningly brilliant movie. It evokes so much emotion from people.

Casablanca on the other hand is not so great.

You know, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is surprisingly romantic. That's what I loved most about it.

Casablanca just didn't do it for me.
