I've never been to that kind of music festival, if you mean something like Coachella or SXSW (or Woodstock for that matter). I went to 3 of the free music nights here in So Cal and they are incredibly fun! I was at Eclectic Music Festival in South Pasadena, Make Music Pasadena in "big Pasadena", and Buskerfest in Long Beach which had the Rival Sons headlining. Anyway, I hope to hear your review.
