Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. I'm always glad to listen! As for the calves thing I find swimming is a good remedy. It's an amazing work-out, burns loads of calories and doesn't focus on building muscle, like cycling or running do. Good luck, love!

You're such a strong person for even getting out of bed after losing two family members in such a short timespan; I know that I wouldn't be able to. I'm sorry for your losses, and I hope that you can find a way to put mind over matter and curb your bingeing, because I'm sure that it just stresses you out even more.

I wish I didn't eat when I was depressed... I would have disappeared by now.
But yeah, my eating depends on my moods too. If I'm in a really great mood, all hyper and such, I usually can't sit still or focus, which keeps me from eating.
I'm really sorry to hear about your foster sister and grandfather.
Don't apologize, that's what we're here for!
You can stop binging, I know you can.
