Exercised for an hour on my abs and my thighs/legs/calves so i feel pretty good! I love the feeling of exercises and how you feel afterwards. I decided to make some goals for myself by the first of november and measure myself
Waist-22 inches
Hips- 33 inches
Bust size- 29 inches
Band Size(under cheast)-26 inches
Arms-9 inches
Thighs- 17 inches
Calves- 12 inches
Ankle-8 inches
Wrist- 5 inches
MY GOALS!
lose 5 lbs putting me at 102-103 lbs and at least an inch - two inches off waist hips and thighs
pass all my classes with an 85 or higher by report card ( know results by november
Pass all classes on progres report ( know results in a week)
NO BINGES!
Do at least 200 situps a night
Do homework and study for all classes
Ask for help when needed
get results results results!
DEAD LINE- November first!
today while i was in the shower i lost HUGE amounts of hair clumbs. it was crazy i almost cried.
I asked my gramma to get me some omega 3 fattie acid fish oil vitamins becaues i heard they can help with weight loss,hair,nails,skin and your memory. all things i need help with bad.Today i ate the "normal person
" amount which i hate myself for and yet i still feel dizzy. what gives. I also took some diuretics today because i feel like a giant balloon and it makes me wanna cry.
