anybody have experience with apple customer service..i got one of those ipod touch gizmos almost a month ago. a couple weeks in i noticed a scratch on the top of the screen, not in the viewable area and thought nothing of it..i know they make cheap enough stuff to take scratches out of the plastic on older ipod so whatev..then last week i noticed

did you buy it from an apple store?
it should have a warranty for a year, go to a diff apple store, tell them it came that way and you want an exchange with no other explanation.
that's what i'd do.
p.s. i dropped my pod and the screen is completely useless now.
invest in a VERY protective case, that's what i recommend.
