When things change, it is inevitable that some people will resist that change, or even try to defy that change. Sometimes they are successful, and truly, many great things of the past are still standing as a testament to the strength of that resistance

And then there's the people who have, "always gotten something for recycling the Brother/Canon/Generic Ink cartridges."

The best part is when they want to keep them, and outright say they're going to the one in Middletown where they "care about customer satisfaction."
