The friends I have here now in California are distinctly different than friends I've had anywhere else in the country. I had a dream last night where I'm working with a small group of guys. They keep coming up with social sorts of things for us to do as a group. I don't really want to do them, and let them know this, but do them anyway. The impact my allergies have had on my life is immeasurable. Sometimes I think of all the fun things I've missed out on because of attacks. I'd otherwise unquestionably have a pet cat I was thoroughly attached to. All the misunderstandings... I've had deep cuts into my self esteem.

It was extremely silly of me to think that I would have nothing to do between admission to law school and the start of the year. Weekends are booked through mid-June, and there are a few mapped on the horizon beyond that. Evenings are so full of *stuff* that I need days to recover.
