What have I been up to since I last updated? Well last Wednesday I went to Kingston hospital so the doctor could take a look at what I thought might be a hernia, well the good news is that it's definitely not a hernia, just a slightly over-developed muscle, there's not really much of a bump to be honest but I thought it was best to get it checked

hahaha I went to see ben folds not so long ago (in actuality it was probably about ten years ago or something but I have no sense of time) and he did that dr dre cover too - how we guffawed! did he get you all to do the harmonies to army? that was ace - he laughed at our scottish accents. indeed he did.
