You say "so young it's almost criminal" - one of my friends (who admittedly is about 3 years younger) is going out with someone born in the 1990s! That's just wrong.

As far as football goes - aha - Asia Cup just finished here. It's weird as every year the Japanese press talk about how Japan can/will win it (much like England and the World Cup) but Japan are a team that tends to lose to Scotland.

As far as Harry Potter goes, I'd recommend you read Dianne Wynne Jones' stuff next, the Chrestomanci books. Loved them as a kid and they're still a good read.
