oyu know... for once i'd liek to dive down into the sad feelings. i mean, i feel them but i can't let them take over cause i won't let myself i am always on alert for someoen needing my help and i know if i am in there i can't help. but sometiems when the need to help comes along i can never help, simply i am sometimes too scared to do anything,

Everyone is aloud to dive into those feelings of sorrow every now and again. It is tough to stay strong all the time. Just let go of it sometimes and do what you gotta do to get past it all. Don't worry about everyone all the time. If you don't take care of your shit too then you'll never be able to help everyone else with everything too. Just let loose man...let loose. I'm sure no one will mind if they can help you through your crap too. I know that I don't mind helping you.
Don't forget...school in two days. Be ready for it man...be prepared.
