No kidding. I'd be frustrated too. One of the things I've read about leaders and managers is that your employees really WANT to work, so you don't get in the way of them doing their jobs. It sucks that you're not getting any time with them at all, especially since you enjoy it!

I certainly hope they come up with something for you in order to teach these kids. I know you (and they) enjoy it so. :)
