Hi Ishtar, zo, je komt uit Nederland? We were just there two days ago!
A lot of the ingredients in here are a standard part of a vegan diet. So if you go to a "health food" market you'll most likely find them there. Amino acids, also called the building blocks of life, are more-or-less the difference between soy sauce and Braggs ... but honestly I don't know if there are the same amino acids in soy sauce than Braggs. Their smell and taste are similar, but the Braggs is clearly more smokey tasting as almost everyone who's tasted this dressing has remarked. Here's an article on both of them. Knowing what I know however, since I do a lot of Asian cooking, I'd not substitute soy sauce for Braggs. Chances are you'll not find Braggs in your local AH ... again try a health food shop.
Nutritional yeast is not the same as what you use to leaven bread ... nor is it brewer's yeast. Again you can find it in a health food store ... usually in some sort of bulk food bin area amongst the help yourself bins containing rice, beans, nuts and the like.

That is really helpful. It provided me a number of ideas and I'll be placing them on my web site eventually. I'm bookmarking your blog and I'll be back. Thanks again!
Thanks for your comment! It gave me a chance to remember to fix the chart I'd made in error. I had mentioned that I was going to fix it 'tomorrow' ... but as you're aware tomorrow never comes. Luckily your comment did so the table is now fixed!
I'm glad that in some way my entry was helpful and hope you're able to make it for yourself as well. I made a bunch of it for a party on Canada's Thanksgiving this year. As usual it was a bit of a surprise for the attendees ... but everyone enjoyed it!
