i am applying for exchange to france right now, and if i get accepted, i'll be going first semester next year. i put university of Provence first, then universite of Geneva, but as John and I are planning to travel around the europe for a bit, sweden is definitely on the list cos he has couple of friends there. so maybe i ll see you in sweden!!

i'm going to uppsala universitet, supposedly the oldest university in sweden. uppsala is a university town and half of its residents are students.

when will you know the outcome of your application?

i am not sure when i'll know, but they will wait til the result of this semester comes out so they can factor that into our application consideration.

i want to leave this year in december, spend the semester in france, then travel in their summer holidays, which will be around july/august.

i'm going this august, in 2 months' time! my course in sweden is from september til mid january. i want to move over to france (paris or somewhere on the south coast) in february so that'll be my base to travel around europe. i don't know, haven't settled anything yet, see how everything goes when i get there.
