My ideal guy is incredibly intelligent. And he knows it. He may come off as pretentious, but that's just because he knows no other way to behave. He seems socially awkward, and he is, for the most part, but he's very direct and confident, which some people mistake for him being cocky. He reads all the same books as I read, and he has no problem

wow, that just makes you ever more my ideal guy. cheers is my all-time favorite show. i've often claimed that my best quality is that i can describe the plot-line to any episode of cheers after viewing any two minute period of the episode.

wow, no, i honestly didn't have gerritt in mind when i wrote that. but yeah, i guess on paper, gerritt does match a lot of what i look for in a guy. nothing would ever happen between us, though. neither one of us is enough of a relationship person to make anything happen between us.

and no, gerritt thinks revolver is the best beatles album.

oh, yeah, i'm glad we're friends. i'm not looking for anything else with him. he's a great kid, and while i used to have a big thing for him, i don't really look at him that way right now. i'm too confused about life to want to date anyone.
