Once upon a time, there was a show called Spaced, created by bffs Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson.
Starring: Jessica (Daisy), Simon (Tim) and Simon's other bff, Nick Frost (Mike).
Much fun was had in the casa de Tim y Daisy.
Later, Simon, Nick and Edgar Wright (director extraordinaire) made the rom zom com Shaun of the Dead.
Oohh look who it is! It's Jess! And Martin Freeman!
The second movie in the blood and ice cream trilogy is Hot Fuzz. In this movie, the shit got real (as did the UST between Simon and Nick)!
Meanwhile, Jess was snogging David Tennant in Doctor Who and Learners, the latter she wrote with David in mind. Lucky girl.
Lest we forget that Simon also had a stint on Doctor Who. Too bad he didn't get to snog David Tennant, too.
These days Simon, Jess and Edgar have been about promoting Spaced on DVD here in the states.
And they are just as lovely as ever.
At Comic Con:

Looks like we're not the only ones who love Heath as the Joker. Can you imagine the geekfest it would be to see TDK with them?
