What can Jarlaxle notice about your character's personality and motives right off the bat? Zack's eager and happy to help. Seriously, most of what he is can be figured out within five minutes of meeting him; his friendliness, his desire to keep everyone safe, the love of just wanting to be a hero to everyone around him, he wears it all on his sleeve like the gaudiest of sweaters.
What can Jarlaxle notice after a few days of talking? Zack, for all his fun-loving and his goofing off, does have a serious side. He's driven, full of ambition, and would do anything for the sake of his friends. It's his weakness as much as it's his strength. When he feels like he fails any one of them, he gets hit with a wall of guilt that could stop a Mack truck.
What is your character's driving motivation, and can Jarlaxle figure it out? If so, how long can it take? Zack's motivations are pure: keeping his friends safe and happy. It's nothing he hides, so probably after about ten minutes of talking, he'll be

What can Jarlaxle notice about your character's personality and motives right off the bat? He's pretty apathetic for the most part, I guess? He doesn't bother helping people even when he can, and his motives are a bit muddy.
What can Jarlaxle notice after a few days of talking? He's a jerk. C8 Rather hard to talk to, and he's pretty paranoid and twitchy too.
What is your character's driving motivation, and can Jarlaxle figure it out? If so, how long can it take? He doesn't really have one? It's something along the lines of 'kill Mother and Giovanni and forget about the Underground' but he can't really do any of those things here, so I'm guessing that it would be hard to figure out? But he's welcome to, if they talk enough.
In regards to magic and magical items, what can he NOT do to your character? Spells will wear off rather quicker than usual, and physical ones will heal over in minutes. Um. Otherwise, anything, pretty much!

What can Jarlaxle notice about your character's personality and motives right off the bat? L's in it for himself. Whether it's a matter of benefit, amusement or widening his knowledge base for some reason or another, he's usually not innocent in his approach. This lessens where it concern certain individuals, but Jarlaxia likely falls into the majority.

What can Jarlaxle notice after a few days of talking? He's free to notice whatever you feel is within his abilities to notice. L's a ration private individual, so I'd like to say less than he normally would.

What is your character's driving motivation, and can Jarlaxle figure it out? If so, how long can it take? Amusement. I'd say, he's very protective of his privacy, but much of what he does is also based on his need for amusement. There are various forms this may take. Oh, carrot cake's good, too.

What can Jarlaxle notice about your character's personality and motives right off the bat? Force of derp 9000. Helpful, impulsive seeming, can't shut up.
What can Jarlaxle notice after a few days of talking? Determined, some self-esteem and self-searching issues going on.
What is your character's driving motivation, and can Jarlaxle figure it out? If so, how long can it take? To genuinely be valuable and help protect people as she was protected by her sister and her peers. (And the monks!) It shouldn't be that hard to figure out - she's pretty open.
In regards to magic and magical items, what can he NOT do to your character? He can probably do most things, but some higher level things may have wonky effects since she's technically not human.

What can Jarlaxle notice after a few days of talking? Loves to troll, cruel, bigot, deluded, batshit fucking insane.
What is your character's driving motivation, and can Jarlaxle figure it out? If so, how long can it take? He probably could after some time - she tends to froth at the mouth about it. She believes she's there to build a better army for Voldemort, and to win his favor enough to go back home to win the war. Also, CRUSH THE MUGGLES (or the muggle-like people).
In regards to magic and magical items, what can he NOT do to your character? It would be difficult, but not impossible to get inside her head - she's an accomplished legilimens/occlumens, but she is also batshit crazy soooo I guess I'm open?
