This woman I work with has her son in afterschool classes ti help with his reading because he wasn't doing so well... he's FIVE!!! Seriously, at 5 I'm pretty sure class was mostly drawing, watching people eat paste, and doing crafts with macaroni and glitter. Reading comprehension was NOT a part of Jr Kindergarten curriculum!
