One month, a week, and four days. It seems like a long time, though there are lots of people here that have been here much longer--even years! I do not want to stay here this long. I need to continue looking to find a way out of here.
As of yesterday, the Captain has given us five days off...but I don't think I can sit still for that long. I feel like that day would be wasted if I just lazed around. I feel better when I'm researching, anyway.

I am sorry I have been absent lately. I've been looking through the library for books concerning our present situation. I think it's time I asked what people do know of this barrier.
Clyde, I was thinking maybe we could start a weekly or bi-weekly football game? What do you think? Kitty, Rachel, would you be up for such a thing as well?
