I definitely hear what you're saying. In the days immediately following my illness, I couldn't do ANYTHING remotely active. When I started physical therapy, it would only take 5 minutes of intense exercise and I would be completely exhausted for the rest of the day. I had to learn to listen to what my legs were saying instead of what my head was saying I should be able to do. That was definitely a learning process that's still going on today. Just letting you know you're not alone. And pregnancy books are plain scary--even to those of us who aren't pregnant! Also: good luck on Audrey's room! I know it will be beautiful!

I don't know if pregnancy is harder than what you went through. I think that if we learn to listen to our bodies and have a will to do what we want and need to do, then everything will work out okay.

Oh yeah, we've been referring to the baby as Audrey for a couple of months. I've always loved the name Audrey.

one thing i learned from my pregnant friends is that each pregnancy is unique, just like each person is unique. just listen to your body, because only you will know for sure. good luck jen!
