That *can't* be healthy.

I think it's almost more important that you be happy, and do things in moderation!! Remember, too much of anything can be a bad thing!

While there are many ways to lose weight, crash dieting is scary! I don't feel comfortable spouting out advice to you, because I don't know you, but... reading the few entries that I have read (reading backwards from the most recent) make me frown and fret about your health and wellbeing! Please be safe, and eat a little bit more!

In all honesty, I know you're right. I know that any diet this low in calories should be medically supervied.

I want to sign PLC so badly ... but this isn't how to do it. ..you're right..

What you need is a friend to go exercising with. Calories help you burn fat if you pt some. What is PLC?

Oh, and about those crunches... make sure you do them on floor that isn't too hard, and only go high enough to get your shoulderblades off the ground. Those are better for your back!

I really need to get out and exercise more myself, but I'm going to need to get a two-kid stroller...

PLC is Platoon Leadership Course. It's a USMC commissioning route for college students (or high school seniors that have been accepted to and will be attending college.) You sign paperwork and they give you a stipend every month, basically leaving you alone except for two summers when you go to OCS for six weeks. Upon graduation of college, you're commissioned.
