To buy or not to buy?

I have been highly anticipating the release of Sound The Alarm, my favourite band Saves The Day new CD. It is set to be released April 11th (or this Tuesday). A couple days ago I noticed the CD in its entirety available for download (illegally of course). Now here is my enigma: Do I download and listen to the album? Before shouts of 'No' fly at me
