Ok...so the story is one of my cats (who had gotten rather disgustingly sick) is now a lot better, and Workman #1, Cabinet Installer Extraordinaire, is thorugh in the kitchen. Now the best part is we have no water in the kitchen, and the shower had picked a really convinient time to go kaphut. Bathing in a storage bin? Heck YES!

Margaret, this is Laura. I am sorry that you are forced to bathe in a storage bin. On an additional (random) note, I am still searching in vain for those rainbow toe socks. :-)

Hey!!! You found me! Awww! Yeah...it's a pretty hot time. We have the shower fixed now, but have no kitchen or stove, and are thus forced to subsist (is that even a word?!) off of microwave dinners and begging from friends and relations. It's a hot time.
