Thank you! Telepathic sex is such a staple of this fandom that I feel really honored by your comment :-D I'm glad you liked the depiction of Charles' ability being really fucking scary, too. When I first saw the film I wasn't terribly impressed with the magnitude of his ability, but as I got to thinking about it more, I realized that he must be holding himself back constantly, and that the enormity of his gift could destroy a person. Which is a very cool, very creepy idea. I don't know if I could tackle a really dark version of Charles; it doesn't quite bear thinking about!

I liked both part I and II a lot - it was very sensual, with a slow build-up and lots of Erik and Charles tentatively yearning for one another. The eventual culmination of their attraction was hot as Hell, and Erik's saying-it-by-not-saying-it declaration of love was a great touch. C'est magnifique!

Thank you! I was really trying to go for that slow burn in the beginning without just leaping right into sexytimes (as fun as those are!). I'm glad you liked Erik saying-it-by-not-saying-it. That bit took a fair amount of thinking about, to plan it carefully and not have him say something that would be too emotionally vulnerable for his character. My take is that he's painfully emotionally constipated (for good reason! but still, lol) and so a sweeping "I love you, Charles!" just wouldn't sound right from him. Thanks for such a nice comment <3
