Return of the asthma
My asthma is so peculiar. I never had any asthma as a kid, but in college, after a bad bout of bronchitis one winter, it flared up. Cold air + nighttime + winter = coughing like I had tuberculosis. Day 8 in Portland
Today ended up being chock full of exercise. I walked 20,555 steps today (thank you iPod pedometer)! Almost reached my record I set at Disneyland, which was 24,000 something. Mom's breast biopsy came back NORMAL :) :) :)
She still has a 30% chance of developing something at some point in her life, thanks to the hyperplasia (excessive growth) they found last time, but with frequent mammograms chances are very good they will find anything before it becomes dangerous. YAY YAY YAY! -

Feeling really stressed lately, mostly under the surface where it's hard to get a handle on it. I suppose I have a fair amount of things to be stressed about.

Ugh. Sometimes I really hate my digestive tract. It is kind of a severe dumbass sometimes. HOW HARD IS IT TO DO NORMAL PERISTALTIC MOVEMENTS AND NOT CRAZY EVIL GUT-RENDING APESHIT ONES. You wouldn't think it would be that difficult, but my gut just has to be special. Blarrrrgh. -
