Wow... you commented fast lol... Awww... that stinks that you don't have it. Well I would suggest just attempting to get a blue and green into the icon. That's pretty much what the color balance does.

I'm not exactly sure where I got the idea but I remember seeing an icon I have no clue where that just kind of sparked it. So thats all I can tell you lol... srry.
