Aww, poor Mike. Too wise for his own good. And I enjoyed the Coach Tanaka line, "Coach Tanaka only seemed to be able to remember her name, but not a single other female student’s." Yes.

this is simply gorgeous. stunningly well written, and although i am a huuuuge brittany/santana shipper, my heart ached for mike and i think i may be about to cry. supremely well done. (:
