Loarine stirred awake, the sun still creeping through, just barely, through the shades. It was from there she could see it setting by the arm orange it shone onto her carpet ( Read more... )

The vampire groaned. With what emotion, he was unaware of, but he knew his girlfriend was straddling him and his hands had automatically appeared at her hips as one of his eyes reluctantly opened and peered at her.

He groaned again and smacked her back lightly before closing both eyes again dramatically. He was fully awake. He had just decided to play the sleepy boyfriend part for once and continued to fake his tiredness. "Do I have to get up? I mean seriously, the sun's still touching the carpet and that doesn't give me much incentive..."

His lips saught hers again and his tongue slipped into her mouth with a passionate love. What a wake up call.

Loraine willing kissed him, her tongue finding his and playfully pushed his about before she pulled back.
"Yes. Yes you do." Her lips kissed his but pulled back as her teeth gently nipped his lower lip.

"Come on. You're not tired. Get up." Resting her chest down on his she wore a playful grin.

"Fine." The vampire rose slightly, but hugged Lor around her waist before scooting off of the fold out couch, and by now he was cradling his girlfriend affectionately, and had to kiss her forehead before placing her on her feet.

"Yes. Good evening to you as well, lovely. Is there a specific reason you got me up? I can sleep for a hundred years or so, you know. It's actually customary in the vampire culture." He gave a sarcastic nod- he was in a good mood, obviously, and one of his hands brushed her side lightly as his face wore a smirk.

"What? Are we getting married or something? Or are we just anxious?" The vampire stretched absent mindedly.

...He snorted. His hunger had set in unfortunately. He'd have to go back to his lab. "So now that I'm up, what are you going to do with me?"

While he was still sitting Loraine stood before him, her hands on his shoulders.
"Married? No. Not now." She grinned and kissed his forehead, as she swayed even closer to him. "But we'll worry about that later. I was slightly more concerned with..."

She took a moment to glance over at the door to her bedroom which was barely open.
"Our little 'problem' from the night before." Looking back to her lover she bit her lip. "But we can worry about that later." Swaying even closer, her hand guided Magnus's head back as her lips caressed his.
'If you had something else in mind.'

A grin touched her lips, Loraine's fangs slipping over them.
"You're teeth are really pointy! You're not like a vampire are you?" Turning to the child she grinned even wider, the grin kind and soft.

"Vampire's don't exist honey. Now go home, or I just might have to tell the real monsters where you live." The little girl giggled and started to run until Loraine's hand grabbed her wrist out of instinct.

It took a moment for her to collect herself, able to feel the yong childs blood rushing through her veins.
"don't tell him you saw me ok?" The girl nodded and ran forward until she saw a man entering the boiler room.

"Shhh, I'm not supposed to tell you she'd in there." Giggling, the sound echoing out of the room and into the hallway the girl dissappeared.

Standing, Loraine moved behind the machines. She could feel Magnus, and slowly closed her eyes, letting her other sense guide her. She stood between a boiler and the wall, looking out waiting for her lover.

'The kid said something, didn't she?'

'Of course she did, my love, of course she did. She's a child. But she let me know I wasn't supposed to know you were here.' He turned to watch the girl skitter off, curious of why she had been down here- but he didn't really care. His main focus was that girl of his dreams that was definitely hiding behind a boiler down there.

In fact, he could see her, but he leaned agained the wall, only a shadow to the world, and looked up at the cieling, sucking on his fang, looking seductively around the room on occasion.

He took one silent step forward, doing his best to keep her mind on him as she could see him. 'So, why'd you come down here? It's damn hot, you know. It could be the death of you.'

"No sunlight." she said aloud. But that wasn't why Loraine was down here. Reaching up the pipes to the cold water in the building were right above her.
Easily she lifted eher body up and slid between a gap in the pipes. Her body was resting against them, maybe three feet of room between the roof and pipes, but more then enough for Loraine to move around.

Girnning she began to roll to the side over the pipes, her body large enough to roll without falling and thin enough to slip through when she needed to.

'It's not that hot. Maybe you're just too used to being cold.'
