I am an expert when it comes to male friends upsetting oneself. For instance, I had a best friend for almost 2 years, we were inseparable. That was until!!!!! he got a girlfriend. When that happened, he was no longer registering on the friendship radar. Yeap, he dropped me and all his friends like a bad habit. And it wasn't until he got dumped 3 years later that he talked to me again. It was very upsetting to lose my beat friend, my comrad, my partner in crime. And there is no way he can make up for that one! So my advice is, don't let it get to you, he will fall, and he will seek his best buddy again. Then you can humor him and pretend its all well. But boys are definitely idiots!
