Are you surprised? ;)

Hopefully everyone is all right.

Nope, not surprised at all. Chino gets all the bad stuff and none of the good, right?

According to the news, no one was hurt. That's at least some good news....add that to the fact that we weren't in California and I'm a happy camper.

Buh-bye to the HoT. One or two good cracks would crumble that hell-hole. A.J. go splat?

I'm guessing both the P.F. Chang's and the Yard House in Chino Hills survived unscathed. Phew! And it was even at lunchtime.

The only damage that CNN showed was spilled paint, etc. at a hardware store, so I'm guessing that structures came out okay.

I've actually been to a PF Chang's now - and imho, that wouldn't exactly be a great loss.

This is terrible news. I do hope Dawn is OK, and the HoT.

I think both are ok. No injuries and no major structural problems - at least that's what I heard.
Maybe Theresa's mom could check on them.

Ok - so I totally thought of you today.
I was at work, discussing "fault lines -- the earth has shifted and has crack, blah, blah, blah" Then I say, "some of you may know -- there was an Earthquake in Chino, Ca yesterday..."
Some woman - around our age got really excited. I heard her tell her husband LOUDLY -- "Chino! Just like that show. See, she (meaning me) watches that show, too!!!"
SO I totally made some woman's day today talking about the earthquake in Chino.
And she totally made mine by also watching "THAT show!"

Hee. The show that made Chino famous - and not in a good way.
It's always nice to find others our age that watched...sorta validates our obsession - even just a little.
