OMGosh! Your Grandpa is so funny. I loved that.
I think I'm too afraid to go back & read my paper journal entries. I'm afraid the majority of my journal entries will just be sad.

Well, there are a lot of entries that are a little melodramatic. And while I've shared the funny bits, there were some pretty sad things that happen in that journal (example 1: my grandfather died in that time period. That was a little rough). But I think there are things that are good to re-read.
But there are also things that are bad to re-read. I know this because I wrote an entry about being angry at a friend who had hurt me, and I had totally forgotten about it. But once I read it again, I remembered, and those feelings came up as real and vivid as it was the day it happened. Which I was not expecting. It's a good thing I'd already forgiven that friend, otherwise the recalled feelings might have lingered. Shudder.

Thanks! Actually, you show up in that journal--twice! Once when you came to Oregon to visit with Liana, and the second time when I went to Provo to visit you guys.
