Is it just me or does this remake of A Nghtmare on Elm Street feel..... redundant? I mean, several of the shots here are taken straight from the original 3 films and it doesn't feel like anything new is being done here. I do think that Jackie Earl Haley (based on his performance in Watchmen) will do a pretty good job as Freddy Kreuger, but.... I

I really despise Michael Bay and anything he attaches his name to. He botched transformers and the new Friday the 13th (I'm a huge Jason fan) was freaking horrible. They might as well called it See No Evil II because it was not Friday the 13th. If he botches Elm Street too (which I will reserve judgment till I see it), I say everyone ready their pitchforks and march to his lawn.
