I'll swim with you. I'm a fairly competent swimmer, and regularly swim at Hillsborough LC, usually a lunchtime stint every week or two. Because of health issues I can only do about 12 lengths each visit, and tend to spend about as long in the sauna afterwards as in the pool - would that suit you? Some commitment to swim with someone else would get me there more often and do me good.
For belly toning I highly recommend pilates, if you can cope with a class that's all or mostly girls.
