Since everyone is joining in...
Dans 2006 ... incomplete and abridged... and possibly wildly inaccurate... I have no real idea of what I did at the start of the year...
"January Sick and tired, you been hangng on me"
Had an engagment party to attend early in the piece... was uncerimoniously ripped from my state of singularity by a buxom young lass in a bikini... not that I'm complaining mind you.
Chucked in Uni... yes even I get sick of beating myself against a brick wall... Strictly speaking this was done late in 2005, but it wasn't until here that I actually embraced the descision.
"That I had in February of last year It's not confidential, I've got potential. "
Got myself a good full time job (one which I am slightly bored of now lol) was tearing my hair out before this as I had no money... a new girlfriend and well everything that goes with no money... like no car etc...
"Would you join a slow marching band"
... rather dead month... Missed the 80's party... not much else in there... work work and work mostly...
"April in Paris,Chestnuts in blossom"
ANZAC day, Cricket club windup and a poker night are the biggest things of note here...
"Free games for may See Emily play"
K's Birthday, Punk Theme at a local pub... mostly Kiss style outfits, and "Kick the door in" punk outfits...
"For the touch of your hand in the June light "
Again quiet month... a few friends went over seas for work and the like (more permanently than usual...) thats about it...
"I can remember the fourth of July, runnin' through the backwood bare. "
Bought my first Car (about bloody time to I reckon) Bernadette I called her... much freedom ensued...
Broke the 6 month mark with K
"But I'm still still stuck in the August rain stuck out in the cloudburst once again. "
The begining of the end... a Bucks party for a friend, paintballing... many bruises followed for both me and him... more for him though
Drum Tao... brilliant concert of Japanese martial arts drumming... really really good
"And I find, I’m sighing softly as I near September, the warm september of my years "
Wedding for the afore mentioned friend, good night
My birthday... Still shocked at how many people turned up... wasn't expecting the attention to be honest... was humbled by the fact and thank everyone again who attended.
Another Engagement party to attend.... has been the year for engagements and weddings.... something in the drinking water I imagine...
Another Wedding... 2 in the month was hard on the bank balance but still much fun...
Did a background course in Applied Kinesthetics... very interesting and very good for my own personal growth

Boy from Oz, funny stuff, altogether good show...
21st and 2 24th's to attend... 21st made me feel old though....
"And it's hard to hold a candle In the cold November rain "
Pink Floyd Concert was about all of interest here... was a good concert... until I found out I got my car scratched up... still that didn't detract from the concert, just my mood.
"Do you still remember December's foggy freeze"
Wedding (another one yes) again much fun... though i think I put my back out being silly...
K left on her cruise from Thailand to Sydney...
Looks like I might spend the last of the yeah worrying for her safety as there is problems where she is right now... She rang saying she was off to Borneo on Friday and since then there has been 2 ferrys capsized and still 500 people missing... I'm hoping she wasn't on the ferry's and that her cruise ship docked into Borneo direct and not into nearby Java to catch a ferry across.... As yet no call from her...
Sadly the death of James Brown, got me back into funk and soul music.... good music but sad times
