You should see Smoot's El Fuerte to see why this is not a problem. The idea is to trick the player into doing a move with a great wiff recovery.

I would love to see you try. You have no idea how many Ken's I fought tonight as El Fuerte...all of which would panic when their life got low, do a wake up ultra, I would block it and punish with a combo of my own.
