KOF XIII
Seriously, this game is looking better and better with every video I happen to see.
There are small demo's that showcase the new (to KOF) EX system. Just like in 3S, Darkstalkers and SFIV, it's a regular special move that either has a greater effect, hits multiple times or both at the cost of one of your power stocks.
