A profitable weekend was had, I feel.

An engagement broken up, an ex-girlfriend ceasing to be an ex, and Jilly's has been reclaimed as somewhere I can go without shuddering, all accomplished in the space of an hour thanks to a a minor amount of charm and a major quantity of heartfelt emotion.

It's good when plans just work.
