So. Being at a loose end as I was earlier in the week (and, more to the point, at a loose end and in a reasonably good financial situation) I decided to meet up with a few old acquaintances.

Personally I think you should have let the tard self-pwn himself with the safety scissors. He was blatently doing it all for the attention, and also to ruin everyone else's night because he can't get what he wants. Such behaviour is childish and puts others at risk. Plus for what he did to his girlfriend alone the Police should have been rung, pricks like him deserve locking up.

I wasn't interfering for his sake, it was for the sake of his girlfriend. The thought of him doing something like that landed her with a full-blown panic attack while she begged us to stop him from such self-pwning behaviour, and she refused to let anyone do anything about the fact he'd thrown her across the room.

My hands were somewhat tied.

Gah, I understand, but people like him piss me off (in this case by-proxy), and they get away with it because they know that no matter how big the tantrum they throw is that they can just do it again and never have to face the consequences. He sounds like a danger to not just others, but also to himself.

Oh, I agree with ya there. Sure, he appeared quite hugely contrite.. but I suspect he was faking not remembering the incidents, and he was even then trying to shift part of the blame to someone else.

O'course, it isn't him I have any concern whatsoever for... but other people don't deserve to be dragged into his issues.
