I passed out today, I woke up when my head hit the ground, (technically it hit the ground three times, I had a hard time getting up).  I was "packing", where you pack your lungs really really full.  Unfortunately my low blood pressure means that this can cut off blood supply to my brain and bingo, I pass out (sometimes

Didn't realise being a backpacker was "lowly"!!

Kinda worried about you passing out and hitting your head. You may have quite a lot of brain cells, but still...
