OK, since Carl reminded me (multiple times, no teasing), we now have two rooms reserved for D-Con. If people are confirmed to be going, you need to let me or Alli know to setup who is with who in the rooms ( Read more... )

Do you have spaces available in your rooms? Who's on the list so far?

Confirmed: Nick, Alli, Carl, Sara, Jennifer

Maybe: Me, the Amy, Tammy, Nicole(?)

I think Nicole is confirmed. Check with Sara on this.

I also am unsure if Cristine is coming, we need to check with Jennifer about this.

I think Alli mentioned someone possibly coming, but again, Im unsure.

Thats all I have at the moment. But it will be easy to get another room I think. Great thing about having Rewards status with them, they go out of their way moreso than most hotels.

Oh yeah, We are staying in the Marriot Marquis again, for those of you unaware of this. The rooms we have now are supposed to be side by side, and I will attempt to confirm additional rooms in this same fashion if needed.

Mine and Nicole's friend Steph is coming too, and their is a stong possibility that Josh is coming too. I am very confused. I don't know his plans, and I also didn't know if there was room for him.

So we have 5 confirmed and 4 maybe (if you include Cristine as maybe at this point. Who is Cristine anyway?). And right now we have room for 8. My friend supercheesegirl is also interested in going but I think it's too early to count her in or out.

So you get special treatment? Lucky dog!

Will there be a fridge in the room? 'Cause that would be awesome especially considering the limited vegetarian/vegan food available. Walking to the grocery store last time worked well even though we had no fridge and had to keep our food in a cooler.

Also, it's 90% chance of rain Chrysta at D*C.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on with Kris in regards to D*C, well except that it's not yet a definite thing. Leave her up there as a maybe and I'll try and a more confirmed answer out of her over the next week.

Also I am insanely happy that you spelled my name out. And possibly just insane.

Im glad your happy. I will leave her as a maybe until further notice. All the rooms are supposed to have fridges in them, but again, should we need them I can make the request. It sounds like I will need to get an additional room anyway, so when its official and i make that call, I will confirm the fridges too.

*g* Good to know. Maybe you should ask just incase. That was one of the things I heard a lot of people had an issue with last year.

BTW, what are the room rates this year and when are the reservations for? Are we doing the Thursday check in and the Monday check out again or what?

you apparently dont read everything either. I said it above to Tammy.

Here it is again. We checking in on Thursday, checking out on Monday. 150 per night, 22 per day for parking. # Number of people per room determines how much each person owes, and people "should" help for parking based on which car they ride in. Obviously, our air guests wont need to park a car.
